It’s Europe’s first and only patented monopolar radiofrequency device that delivers multiple frequencies per shot, combining 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz to deliver energy not only deeper but also more accurately.
Deep, middle, shallow; XERF’s dual frequencies penetrate all layers of the skin, delivering dramatic skin tightening and lifting results with little to no pain.
No numbing. No needles. No downtime.
XERF is the device that’s accelerating the growth of many clinics worldwide, helping them attract patients who have avoided treatment due to concerns about pain or long recovery times.
Treatments are quick, and results can be long-lasting*, meaning you can treat more patients per day and see significant, rapid ROI from XERF.

The technology behind XERF’s success
Dual frequency monopolar RF sets XERF apart from every other device in its category. By combining 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz in a single shot, XERF delivers energy across multiple tissue depths simultaneously, reaching deeper structures regardless of where on the face you’re treating. Most monopolar RF systems operate at a single frequency, whereas dual-frequency is designed for treatments at any depth.
WaveFit™ Pulse technology and Integrated Cryogen Delivery (ICD) cooling work in combination to manage how energy is delivered, protecting the skin’s surface throughout treatment. Rather than applying energy in short, intense bursts, WaveFit™ distributes it across multiple pulses for a steadier rise in tissue temperature. Real-time cryogen cooling simultaneously protects the epidermis, removing the need for numbing cream and reducing pre-treatment preparation time.
Three depth settings and ten intensity levels mean no two XERF treatments need to be identical. Shallow mode targets the dermis. Middle mode goes further into the superficial adipose layer. Deep mode reaches the deeper tissue structures associated with laxity and lifting. Practitioners can adjust across all three based on the treatment area and the individual patient, making XERF as relevant for maintenance treatments as it is for more pronounced concerns.

What can XERF treat?
Facial laxity & Sagging
Fine lines & wrinkles
Facial definition A full-face treatment can be completed in 45 minutes or less. Because XERF doesn’t require numbing cream, there is no additional preparation time before the session begins. You arrive, the treatment is performed, and you can return to your day immediately afterwards. For clinics, this also means shorter room time and the ability to see more patients per day compared to treatments that do require numbing.
Most patients achieve meaningful improvement from one treatment, but we recommend two sessions for optimal results. Your provider will recommend the right approach based on your skin profile and goals. For patients using XERF as part of an ongoing After a patient’s initial first 2 sessions at 4-6 weeks apart, the recommendation will be to do a maintenance once or twice a year.
No, XERF is a radiofrequency (RF) device, NOT a laser. Lasers produce much more energy than RF but lasers target only epidermis and dermis not the deeper layers (subcutaneous tissue and SMAS), RF technology uses controlled electromagnetic energy to generate heat at specific depths beneath the skin. That heat triggers a biological healing response, namely collagen contraction and, over time, new collagen production. This tightens and firms tissue from within. This distinction is important, because lasers and RF treatments address different things. Lasers are typically better suited to surface concerns like pigmentation, texture and resurfacing. XERF is specifically designed for laxity, lifting and firmness.
XERF doesn’t replicate the results of surgery; nothing non-invasive can. But it addresses many of the concerns that drive people towards surgical options: a softening jawline, a dropped brow, loose skin along the neck, loss of facial definition. It does this without incisions, general anaesthetic or any meaningful recovery period. For patients who aren’t ready for surgery, want to delay it, or are looking for a treatment that fits around their life, XERF might be ideal. Results are natural-looking and progressive rather than dramatic, which, for many patients, is exactly what they are after.
Most patients report little to no discomfort. XERF was specifically designed to remove the need for numbing cream. This is made possible thanks to two technologies: WaveFit™ Pulse technology distributes RF energy across multiple pulses rather than delivering it in short, intense bursts, producing a steadier and more manageable rise in tissue temperature throughout the session. At the same time, Integrated Cryogen Delivery (ICD) cooling continuously protects the skin’s surface, maintaining the epidermis at a safe temperature while energy is delivered to the layers beneath. The result is a treatment that requires no preparation beyond a standard consultation, no waiting time for anaesthetic to take effect, and no recovery from numbing afterwards. Patients typically leave and return to normal activity the same day.
XERF is designed for use across the full face and neck. It can specifically address: ● Facial and neck laxity ● The brow and forehead ● The mid-face and cheeks ● The jawline and jowl area ● The submental area beneath the chin ● Fine lines and wrinkles across the face XERF’s three depth settings (shallow, middle and deep) allow your provider to adjust energy delivery based on the specific anatomy of each area, so treatment is genuinely tailored rather than applied uniformly across the whole face. Shallow mode targets the dermis, middle mode reaches further into the superficial adipose layer, and deep mode is designed for the deeper tissue structures associated with laxity and lift.
Results vary between patients depending on skin condition, the area being treated and the number of sessions, but the typical pattern involves some improvement that can often be seen immediately after treatment, with continued development over the following weeks and months as the skin’s natural collagen remodelling progresses. The mechanism behind this is what clinicians describe as a dual collagen effect. The immediate response comes from collagen contraction; the controlled heat causes existing collagen fibres to contract, producing a visible tightening effect straight after treatment. The longer-term improvement follows from the body’s natural wound-healing response, which generates new collagen in the weeks and months that follow. These two processes work together rather than in sequence, which is why results often feel like they are still improving long after the appointment itself. Based on clinical experience, results typically last six to nine months, after which many patients choose to maintain with a follow-up session.
*Long-lasting results are based on receiving two treatments approximately six weeks apart, with results from treatments delivered by existing clinicians typically lasting around six months. Results will vary per patient.
