We understand that you may have questions following our announcement on 17 June 2025 regarding the cessation of direct sales of Cynosure capital equipment in the UK and Ireland by the end of September 2025.

Service Support

Can I still receive support for my device?

I’m on a service contract. What happens now?

I want to renew my service contract. Is this still possible?

I don’t have a service contract. Will I still receive support?

Clinical Support

Who do I contact for clinical support or treatment-setting advice?

Please initially refer to your user manual and for all other clinical support queries please email our EMEA Clinical Director: adeline.hoarau@cynosurelutronic.com

Will ongoing training support still be available?

Yes. We will continue to provide clinical support & training for our existing customers. Please use our clinical training form to request this.

I’ve recently purchased a device. Can I book training?

We have a new employee who requires training, can I book training?

I’ve got clinical training booked. Will this still go ahead?

Yes. All pre-booked training sessions will proceed as scheduled.

Will I still have access to the Webinar Academy?

Commercial & Marketing

Will consumables still be available for my device? How do I order them?

Yes. Consumables can still be purchased by submitting an order and paying via card or BACS. Contact the service department to place an order. Email: ukorders@cynosure.com Telephone number: 01628 522252

Can I still buy a Cynosure or Lutronic device in the UK and Ireland?

Cynosure-branded products are currently not available to purchase in the UK or Ireland. Lutronic-branded devices are available via our distributor Seriderm. Please use the forms on the relevant product page to get in touch.

Will events still be available for me to attend?

Yes. Regional Cynosure Lutronic events will continue. Upcoming events can be found on our website.

I’m on a payment plan for my device. What happens now?

Payment plans will continue to be honoured as per your existing contract terms. For any questions, please contact: ameet.shankla@cynosurelutronic.com

What does this mean for Cynosure Lutronic globally?

There is no change to Cynosure Lutronic’s global operations. It remains business as usual outside the UK & Ireland.

Will I still receive marketing support?

Yes. Marketing materials are available through our self-service portal, AMPS.
